The Arulmigu Kannimar Temple is situated in Nandavanam, in the Perunthalaiyur village within the Bhavani taluka. The temple is dedicated to seven deities known as the Saptha Kannigal, which include Sumathi, Kowmaari, Maheshwari , Rajakanni, Vaishnavi, Pattakari and Shubitra.
